Natalie Locke

A writer, finding joy in my passion

Strong voices and character-driven stories with every page

Genre hopping, flash fiction, short story, novella, and novel writer

When asked why I became a writer to convey the stories I can’t hold in: I can honestly say “because I write better than I draw”

I have two full-time jobs, one of them is being a mother, all while trying to balance my passion for writing.

I co-authored a writing prompt book with my bestie Chandra Arthur (1,000 Words to Get Started) and have written 3 Manuscripts (70K, 32K, and 33K) that you can read about under my projects page. I’ve also written over 285 Flash Fictions, and 1 blog post with Critique Circle. (link: https://www.critiquecircle.com/blog/457)
